  2. Acknowledge that this is not an emergency and follow the prompts to reach a live Enform Agent
  3. Answer a few simple questions, and the Agent will create your profile and let you know the terms and conditions

Enroll using your Lexus App (Enform Gen. 2))

  1. Download the Lexus App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and create an account using your email or existing social media accounts.
  3. Add your Lexus vehicle to your garage by scanning your VIN on the door jamb or manually inputting the VIN.
  4. Your vehicle will appear on the screen and you can see which services it has available. To use the features, you need to select Enroll.
  5. Once you’ve enrolled, you can create a vehicle nickname, select a preferred dealer and manage your account.

Begin Enrollment using the in-vehicle multimedia screen (Lexus Interface)

  1. On the first system start, you will be greeted with a language select screen. Select your preferred system language and follow the on-screen instructions to download the Lexus app on your smartphone. A QR Code will then display on the multimedia screen.
  2. Launch the Lexus App and allow camera access. Scan the QR Code on the multimedia screen.
  3. Follow the steps in the App to register for a new account or sign in to an existing one.
  4. Your vehicle details will display in your App. Select Save Changes, then Select Enroll Now and follow the steps to complete your enrollment.

Begin Enrollment using the Lexus App (Lexus Interface new App user)

  1. Download the Lexus App. Open the App, select Register and follow the steps to create a new account.
  2. Once your account and PIN have been created and verified, you will be taken to the app dashboard. Select Add Vehicle, select Scan QR Code and allow camera access.
  3. On your vehicle’s multimedia screen (mobile device Bluetooth should be ON), a window will appear that a profile has been detected but not loaded. Tap on Settings and follow the instructions to save the profile to the vehicle.
  4. Once your account has been saved, follow instructions on the multimedia screen to link your app to the vehicle.
  5. Confirm your vehicle details in the app, select Enroll now and follow the steps to complete your enrollment.

  1. Make sure your Lexus App is up to date. Open your Lexus app, grant permission for camera access and scan the QR code on the multimedia screen in your vehicle.
  2. Sign in with your existing account and follow the steps in the app to link your vehicle to the app.
  3. Confirm your vehicle details and tap Enroll Now. After accepting the service agreement, an enrollment confirmation will display in the app and a welcome banner will display on the multimedia screen.

It is that easy. In addition, there are no costs to enroll, and no personal financial information is required from you at the time of enrollment. Following enrollment, you’ll receive a copy of the terms and conditions and subscriber service agreement by mail. To make any changes to your account, follow the same procedure outlined above, starting with pressing and holding the SOS button.

You can remotely lock/unlock your trunk or tailgate separate from the side doors.

  1. Within the Remote Connect tile on the app dashboard, press the Trunk Lock/Unlock button.
  2. Note that this feature is only intended to lock or unlock the trunk or tailgate and not to remotely open it.

Rear Seat Reminder Notification

If the built-in logic detects a possible rear seat occupant, the hazard lights will flash, and a notification will be sent to your phone if the rear doors are not opened after the vehicle was parked.

  1. The system uses a built-in logic to detect possible rear seat occupants.
  2. Once the ignition is off and before the rear door is opened, a notification will appear in the multi-information display.
  3. Once all doors are locked, but the rear door has not been opened yet, the hazard lights will flash, and a buzzer will sound. If the rear door is still not opened, a push notification will be sent to your phone from the Lexus App.

Pairing your smartwatch with Lexus App

Select 2020 and newer Lexus models equipped with a Remote Connect trial or subscription allow you to complete remote vehicle commands with select smartwatches.

If you have a compatible smartwatch paired to a compatible smartphone, you can use it to execute remote commands, including remote engine start/stop and door lock/unlock. Refer to the Lexus App App Store/Google Play Store description for the latest operating system compatibility.

  1. In addition to remotely setting desired in-vehicle temperature, PHEV users can program climate pre-conditioning and the vehicle will heat or cool according to the schedule.
  2. Charge Management tile within the app dashboard allows PHEV users to adjust their charging time, which may be useful to take advantage of off-peak electricity rates. Tap on Advanced Settings to adjust the charging time (vehicle must be plugged-in).

  2. If you have only plugged your phone in to be charged, press “Do Not Enable”. If you are a guest driver, select “Enable Once”, if you are a frequent driver you can select “Always Enable”.
  3. If this pop-up does not appear, turn on Apple CarPlay in Projection Settings, which can be found in the Settings menu. Please note that you cannot use Apple CarPlay with more than one device at a time.
  4. Return to your Main Menu Screen. You will see an Apple CarPlay icon replace the tile which previously displayed Projection. Once you touch this icon, you will enter into the Apple CarPlay interface.

The Digital Key acts as a regular key fob and can be managed via the Lexus App on your smartphone or smartwatch. An active Remote Connect subscription is required.

Accessing How to Use Digital Key Guide

  1. Tap on Manage Key & Sharing within the Remote Connect tile in your App dashboard.
  2. Tap How to Use Digital Key button. An overview of Digital Key functionality will display; you can refer to this guide at any time.

Sharing the Digital Key

  1. You can share up to 7 Digital Keys. Tap Manage Key & Sharing on the App dashboard.
  2. Tap Invite New User. You can then add a user from your existing contact list or enter their information manually. Select the access level you wish to provide and tap Send Invite.
  3. A confirmation that the invite was sent will appear. The individual receiving the shared Digital Key will receive a text message with a link that they will need to open.
  4. If the individual already has the app installed, a window will appear in the app, or, if they missed the notification, the message will reside in Notifications in the app. They will need to tap Accept and follow the instructions to complete Digital Key setup.
  5. Once the setup is complete, the Digital Key tile will appear on the shared user’s app dashboard. To remove the Digital Key, tap on Manage Shared Key and follow the in-app instructions.
  6. The vehicle owner can disable/enable Digital Keys from shared users from the Lexus App at any time. Tap on Manage Keys & Sharing on the dashboard, select a shared Digital Key you wish to disable and follow instructions.

Removing Digital Key Using In-Vehicle Multimedia Screen

  1. The physical key fob is required to be present inside the vehicle to complete the Digital Key deletion. Tap the Settings icon on the multimedia screen, scroll down and select Info & Security, select Remote Digital Keys.
  2. Present the key fob near the push start button and follow the instructions on the multimedia screen.

Removing Digital Key Using Lexus App

  1. On the app dashboard, tap Manage Keys & Sharing.
  2. Tap Remove My Key and confirm the Digital Key deletion.

Cloud Navigation with Destination Assist

The new Cloud Navigation system features an intuitive app-like design responsive interface and over-the-air updates. The new Cloud Navigation system uses Google POI data and provides real-time traffic information (road closures and accidents) The system works with Intelligent Assistant and can be activated with a wake word such as “Hey Lexus”.

  1. An active Drive Connect subscription or trial is required for Cloud Navigation. A stable network connection is required for real-time traffic updates and Intelligent Assistant capabilities.
  2. To search for a destination, you can use a wake word such as “Hey Lexus” to activate Intelligent Assistant and initiate a voice command, like “Show coffee shops near me”.
  3. Confirm your choice and the route guidance will begin.
  4. Alternatively, you may type in your search request after issuing a wake word by tapping on the keyboard icon on the Intelligent Assistant screen (vehicle must be parked).

You may also use Intelligent Assistant to add a stop to your route. For example, you can say “Hey Lexus, add a gas station to the route” and a new stop will be added and the route will be recalculated after confirming your choice with Intelligent Assistant.

Intelligent Assistant

Available on select 2022 and newer Lexus vehicles. Intelligent Assistant features natural language processing and can be activated with a wake word such as “Hey Lexus”. You can use voice commands to control various features in your vehicle, e.g. media playback, directions, vehicle settings and more.

  1. An active Drive Connect subscription or trial and a stable internet connection are required for Intelligent Assistant.
  2. Intelligent Assistant features natural language processing and can be initiated with a wake word such as “Hey Lexus”, by tapping the mic icon on the multimedia display or by pressing the Push to Talk button on the steering wheel.
  3. Intelligent Assistant allows to use your voice to execute a range of commands: from helping you find your next destination, to playing media, to message dictation, to adjusting various vehicle settings. You can use the “Help” command and Intelligent Assistant will provide guidance on what features can be controlled by voice input.
  4. For example, you can ask things like “What’s the weather like in Montreal”, “What’s my fuel consumption?” or “Turn on the steering wheel heater”. Intelligent Assistant may also provide notifications of severe weather along your route.
