The Lexus July Event offers are available to eligible retail customers on select models at participating Lexus Dealers from July 3-31, 2024 ("Offer Period"), on approved credit. Lexus Dealers are free to set their own prices. There are 2 rate reduction offers potentially available to qualifying purchasers/lessees, an Event Offer and a Loyalty Offer.

Event Offer: To qualify for lease and finance rate reductions of up to 0.5% ("Event Offer"), retail customers must enter into a new lease or finance agreement for an eligible new, unregistered 2023/2024/2025 Lexus vehicle through Lexus Financial Services at a participating Lexus Dealer during the Offer Period. Event Offer is available on any new unregistered 2023 model year vehicles, new unregistered 2024 IS / RC / ES / ESh / RZ / NX / RX / RXh models, as well as new unregistered 2025 NX (collectively, "a qualifying Lexus vehicle"). For the avoidance of doubt, in no cases will rate be reduced below 0%.

Loyalty Offer: To qualify for lease and finance rate reductions of up to 1.5% ("Loyalty Offer") you must already be a current Lexus Financial Services retail lease or finance Guest (owner or lessee) when you lease or finance a qualifying Lexus vehicle through Lexus Financial Services from participating Canadian Lexus Dealers during the Offer Period. Previously delivered vehicles are excluded. Eligible individuals are current owners/lessees of a Lexus vehicle. Proof of name, current address and current vehicle registration required. Current vehicle owner/lessee/co-lessee must be named as owner/lessee/co-lessee of new qualifying Lexus vehicle. Limit of one offer per owner/lessee per current vehicle. Loyalty Offer is not transferable including not transferable to those within the same household. Loyalty Offer not combinable with LCPO Program, Encore Program, Fleet Subsidy or other loyalty programs. For the avoidance of doubt, in no cases will rate be reduced below 0%.

Event Offer and Loyalty Offer are not available to TCI/TMMC/TCCI employees/contractors or immediate family members, TMMC Vehicle Purchase Plan participants and fleet customers.

For clients who are eligible for only the event rate reduction of 0.5%: Limited time lease offer available through Lexus Financial Services, on approved credit. Representative lease offer based on a new and previously unregistered 2024 Lexus RX 350 AWD Premium Package (sfx 'P') with a selling price of $63,268; 2.4% (which includes the 0.5% rate reduction) lease APR for 24 months; and monthly payment is $718. Specific duty on new tires are included. License; insurance; registration; and applicable sales taxes are extra. $8,210 down payment, lien registration fee (up to $75), lien registering agent fee (up to $4), $0 security deposit and first monthly payment due at lease inception. Total of 24 monthly lease payments required during the lease term. Total lease obligation is $25,435. 32,000 kilometre allowance; charge of $0.20/km for excess kilometres.

Pricing and payment amounts include $2,205 freight and PDI; $100 A/C charge; up to $38.58 in regulatory fees; up to $995 dealer administration fee; as well as all other applicable fees, levies and duties (all of which may vary by region and dealer). Lexus Dealers are free to set their own prices.

  • A firmware update will not update the maps in your navigation system.

  • Firmware updates can correct multimedia system operation concerns. A list of items addressed is included in the "Firmware and Version Compare" instructions that are displayed after you search to see if a firmware is available for your vehicle.

  • If your multimedia unit has a concern that is not listed or is due to a hardware issue, a firmware update will not correct this.

  • Firmware updates are optional. You can review the details in the "Firmware Version and Compare" instructions to see the benefits of updating, or you can just perform the update if you want peace of mind.

  • The "Firmware Version and Compare" instructions show how to do this. If you are hesitant to download or have a slower internet connection, please review these instructions.

  • The webpage provides instructions and links in various locations to provide assistance on finding the information to navigate the three steps on the website side. The Download and the Installation instructions provide details on working with the firmwares and the vehicle.

  • Most users do not find it difficult to update the firmware. When the update has been completed, many remark that it was much easier than expected. Users that have not done a firmware update before may feel more comfortable if they work together with a technically savvy computer user.

  • Most concerns are addressed by reviewing the instructions, or by rechecking the information that was entered. Instructions contain hints or cautions that address most commonly encountered challenges. If further assistance is required, you can contact your dealer. Charges may apply.

  • Information is requested to enable us to provide the firmware that is correct for your vehicle. In addition, customized instructions suited to your vehicle are also provided.

  • No. Do not attempt to install an update from a different multimedia unit or vehicle. This website is designed to provide you with the correct firmware version for your combination of multimedia unit and vehicle.

  • We do not charge for downloading firmwares. Depending on your internet provider, charges for data usage may apply.

  • The update files range from 15 MB to 800 MB.

  • The download time can vary significantly depending on your internet connection, and file sizes vary significantly, so unfortunately it is difficult to provide a guideline. Please allow for significant download time on slower internet connections.

  • Most updates take about 10 minutes to install on the vehicle, but in some cases can take as long as 45 minutes. Please refer to the installation instructions for your application to confirm.

  • No, only 2014 MY and later models are supported.

  • Firmwares are only available for selected vehicles. Some models that are not suitable for firmware distribution online may have updates available through the dealer.

  • The "Firmware Version and Compare" instructions show how to do this. If you are heistant to download or have a slower internet connection, please review these instructions.

  • Some illustrations are easier to view if the instructions are printed in colour. Alternately, save the PDF and display it on a mobile device to review the instructions in colour.

  • A firmware update is different from an Enform update. The Enform update messages you see pop up on the display are for the Enform apps that operate on your multimedia system.

  • Firmware updates do not provide new features. As an example, it is not possible to add Enform by doing a firmware update.

  • Currently no Lexus vehicles have the ability to receive firmware updates Over-The-Air (OTA).
