Manual Transaxle

The inertia provided by the flywheel’s weight makes the crankshaft rotate more evenly and the engine run more smoothly.
Synchromesh mechanism
Synchronizes the rotational speed of the gears when they are being changed for smooth, easy shifts.
- 1st & 2nd Gears: High torque gears, used for starting off and accelerating.
- 3rd & 4th Gears: Used for cruising below highway speeds.
- 5th and 6th Gear (Overdrive): Used when driving at highway speeds to maximize fuel economy.
