[A caption reads: “Intelligent Assistant”]
[A caption reads: “Lexus Assistant”]Drive Connect Capability with Cloud Navigation, including Googled points-of-interest (POI) data, and Intelligent Assistant, including Hey Lexus and Destination Assist. Subscription required. Subject to availability of 4G network.”]
The second is Intelligent Assistant, which is available with an active Drive Connect trial or subscription.
Intelligent Assistant provides a natural and easy-to-use virtual companion that enhances the standard voice command system.
[A cloud icon appears above the vehicle.]
[The display highlights search results.]
It features cloud-based technology to improve the functionality of the cloud navigation system, find points of interest searches using Google POI data, check for weather information and more.
[A Lexus vehicle drives along the road.]
As voice-first initiation and response features, the best way to activate Lexus Assistant and Intelligent Assistant is by using your voice.
[A caption reads: “Hey Lexus}
[A caption reads: “Hello Lexus”]
Like popular smart-speaker technology, the system reacts to a wake-up phrase such as “Hey Lexus” or “Hello Lexus”.
[A microphone icon is highlighted.]

You can also tap the microphone icon on the multimedia touchscreen display or press the voice recognition button located on the steering wheel to activate.

You can also search for destinations and receive real-time turn-by-turn directions to your desired location.
[The display highlights search results.]
Just say where you would like to go, and Intelligent Assistant will search and share the results.
You can also say “Call it” to call the phone number associated with that location, - or say “Cancel Route” to cancel the active route guidance.
[A Lexus vehicle drives along the road.]
[The display highlights search results.]
And if your search results in multiple listings, you can say “call the second one” or “Take me to the third one”.
