Enrolling in Enform is simple and intuitive. Simply follow the steps below, or enroll via your Lexus App.

Enroll for Enform using the SOS Button

  1. Press the SOS button in your vehicle and hold for 1-2 seconds
  2. Acknowledge that this is not an emergency and follow the prompts to reach a live Enform Agent
  3. Answer a few simple questions, and the Agent will create your profile and let you know the terms and conditions

It is that easy. In addition, there are no costs to enroll, and no personal financial information is required from you at the time of enrollment. Following enrollment, you’ll receive a copy of the terms and conditions and subscriber service agreement by mail. To make any changes to your account, follow the same procedure outlined above, starting with pressing and holding the SOS button.

Enroll for Enform using the Lexus App

  1. Download the Lexus App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and create an account using your email or existing social media accounts.
  3. Add your Lexus vehicle to your garage by scanning it’s VIN via the door jamb or manually inputting the VIN.
  4. Your vehicle will appear on the screen and you can see which services it has available. To use the features, you need to select Enroll.
  5. Once you’ve enrolled, you can create a vehicle nickname, select a preferred dealer and manage your account.

Enform Remote

  1. Once you have enrolled, press the SOS button in your vehicle and request a Remote Authorization code from the Agent. The Agent will email a code to the email address you used for enrollment.
  2. Enter the code you received in the email in your Lexus App.

Connecting to the Lexus Action for Google Assistant

  1. Ensure that your vehicle is equipped with Enform Remote, and that you are actively enrolled in the service. (Enform Remote features require an active trial or subscription.)
  2. Sign in to your Google account on the Google Assistant app (note – devices with Android 10.0 have Google Assistant embedded).
  3. Once open, say “Ask Lexus”, Google Assistant will then tell you that your Lexus account needs to be linked to Google. Once you say “Ok”, the Toyota App login screen will appear. Sign in with your Lexus App login credentials.
  4. The vehicle link screen will now display and prompt you to create a 4-digit PIN code (this PIN does not need to match any existing Lexus PIN you may have. It is only used to authorize certain sensitive commands, like starting the vehicle or unlocking the doors.) When ready, press "Save" and Google should now be linked to your Enform account

Connecting Amazon Alexa™ to your vehicle

  1. Ensure that your vehicle is equipped with Enform Remote, and that you are actively enrolled in the service. (Enform Remote features require an active trial or subscription.)
  2. Sign in to your Amazon account on amazon.com, or open the Alexa app. Search for and enable the Lexus skill. (You will need an amazon.com account to enable and link the Amazon Alexa Lexus Skill.)
  3. Once enabled, sign in to the skill with your Lexus App login credentials.
  4. Select your vehicle, create and confirm a four-digit PIN, and then select Save. (This PIN does not need to match any existing Lexus PIN you may have. It is only used to authorize certain sensitive commands, like starting the vehicle or unlocking the doors.)

Pairing your smartwatch to Lexus App

Select 2020 and newer Lexus models equipped with an Enform Remote trial or subscription allow you to complete remote vehicle commands with select smartwatches.

If you have a compatible smartwatch paired to a compatible smartphone, you can use it to complete select Enform Remote including remote engine start/stop and door lock/unlock. Refer to the Lexus App App Store/Google Play Store description for the latest operating system compatibility.

These features can be controlled via the smartwatch’s touch-screen interface. Follow these steps to get started:

Apple Watch®

  1. On your iPhone, visit the Apple App Store and search for “Lexus App”. Then download and open the app.
  2. Read the Lexus App description for the most up-to-date device, iOS and smartwatch compatibility.
  3. Ensure that the Lexus App is installed on the iPhone and you have enrolled in Connected Services.
  4. Open the Apple Watch app and then select the “My Watch” tab. Then scroll down and select the Toyota App.
  5. Enable “Show App on Apple Watch” by setting the toggle to the green position.
  6. Once the Lexus App has synced to the Apple Watch®, open it on the watch.
  7. Follow the prompts on the screen and then review the terms and conditions to complete the process.

Android Wear

  1. Go to the Google Play™ Store and search for “Lexus App”. Then download and open the app.
  2. Read the Lexus App description for the most up-to-date device, OS and smartwatch compatibility.
  3. Ensure that the Lexus App is installed on the Android device and you have enrolled in your Connected Services.
  4. On the watch, press the power button to wake the device (if needed) and view the list of apps.
  5. Scroll down to the Play Store and select it. You will be signed in with the Google account used to set up the watch.
  6. Within the Play Store, scroll again to find the Apps in the phone section.
  7. Find the Lexus App in this list, and then simply tap its download arrow icon to install it to the watch. Once the app has synced to the Android Smartwatch®, open it on the watch.
  8. Follow the prompts on the screen and then review the terms and conditions to complete the process.

Once you have set up Lexus App with your Apple Watch or Android Wear device, you are ready to continue using your Enform Remote features.

Know Your Lexus: How to connect your phone with Apple CarPlay


  1. Plug the iPhone 5 or newer device into your vehicle using the data USB port. You will see a pop-up appear with three available options.
  2. If you have only plugged your phone in to be charged, press “Do Not Enable”. If you are a guest driver, select “Enable Once”, if you are a frequent driver you can select “Always Enable”.
  3. If this pop-up does not appear, turn on Apple CarPlay in Projection Settings, which can be found in the Settings menu. Please note that you cannot use Apple CarPlay with more than one device at a time.
  4. Return to your Main Menu Screen. You will see an Apple CarPlay icon replace the tile which previously displayed Projection. Once you touch this icon, you will enter into the Apple CarPlay interface.

Android AutoTM

  1. Using a compatible Smartphone*, go to iTunes App Store® or Google Play™. Search for and download Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0.
  2. Pair your smartphone with your vehicle via Bluetooth® using one of the following two methods:**
    1. From the vehicle’s multimedia display screen: Go to Settings > Bluetooth® > Add New Device > Look for your phone > Follow prompts, or
    2. From a smartphone: Go to Settings > Bluetooth® -> Find Your Vehicle Name > Connect
  3. View your apps on your multimedia display by first selecting Menu then selecting a specific App icon.
